Since 1997, I have dedicated my works—illustrated stories and other content—to promoting classical music and opera among all audiences, with a special focus on children through their educators (parents, teachers, etc.). Over the years, my original works have evolved in step with the digital revolution. As I mark the 30th anniversary of my debut as an author, I now have more than 30 titles published in various popular formats—books, CDs, educational websites, etc.—including the “Cuéntame una Ópera” collection, which was a pioneer in its genre.
Since 2017, considering the new technological challenges and disappointed by how the web 2.0 was treating authors, I got interested in the upcoming Internet. I researched how we can best adopt new technologies to communicate without losing fundamental rights such as privacy, intellectual property, and freedom of expression.
In 2019, I left behind all social media and the software that most invaded my privacy. In 2025 I go back to some of my projects as an author, and for 2027 I am preparing to celebrate the 30th anniversary of meeting Mirlo in the park.
